I'll add a good oscillating tool with a carbide tooth blade.

Best degreaser I’ve ever seen.

Best multi tool I’ve ever had.

Since thermacell is already taken, I'll go with the hand gaff. Best thing ever for digging pokey fish out of the box.

Kitchen: ThermoWorks Thermapen and SquareDot dual-input temp probe. Must haves for steaks, roasts, frying turkeys, etc.
Outdoor cleaning: Jomax for house washing. I've tried Spray-and-Forget, Mold Armor, and numerous others over the years and Jomax has always worked better.
Small painting projects: Graco TC Pro cordless handheld airless spayer.
Electronics: Energizer Lithium AA and AAA batteries. Never leak and corrode, even if a device spends months or years in storage.
Vehicle: Milwaukee 12V cordless ratchet, long version. Full set SAE and Metric GearWrench flex head ratcheting combination wrenches. Klein rechargeable LED headlamp.
DIY Projects: DeWalt 12V 3-beam laser level. Flooring, tile, hanging pictures, TV wall mounts, setting cabinets, chair rails, wainscoting, recessed lighting...all so much easier to layout with one. Rigid Jobmax, 12V or 18V cordless both are great and in one tool bag I have an oscillating tool, jig saw, sheet metal shear, and mini sawzall which is great for plumbing work in tight areas.
Advanced DIY gadgets: Magnespot, Ideal SureTrace, FLIR thermal camera

I love these gadgets.
Free Audio Books from the Liberry.
And The most undervalued tech/app is Spotify Family plan. $16/month for 6 of us to have premium Spotify Access. If you're still on Pandora or even Sirius Radio(for music), Give a real music service a shot(Apple and Amazon and Google are good but not as good alternatives to Spotify).
And one of the best little gifts ever was this thing.
It's functionality and simple nature is unmatched. I was in the tub soaking after the LSU/SU game and I said, "Alexa play 98.1 the Eagle" and Bam! I was listening to the LSU Post Game show from my bathtub without lifting a finger.
It can also play weather, news, radio as well as any of your Spotify playlists.

A former LLOTOT let me help test out and control her We Vibe many years ago. She wanted to give her long distance boytoy a way to "control her" but wanted to make sure it worked as advertised.

We bought a magic bullet in 2005 and it still works and makes great smoothies and other processed items to this day. Haven’t had a blender in years.
My other answer is new balance shoes. Last longer and more comfortable than any other shoes we own.

Hands down the “surface cleaner” attachment for a pressure washer.
This thing cuts down your time by at least 5x

As a kid I received a Precision Pliers and Screwdriver Set as a gift for Christmas. I thought it sucked at the time, but over the years I used the shite out of it.
I highly recommend that you piss off a 12- 15 year old kid this Christmas with one.
Something like this.

The Swing-A-Way is not a bad can opener. But it's not the GOAT.
I present the EZ-DUZ-IT Deluxe Can Opener with Black Grips

Yeah, they look similar, but hear me out on some key differences. Don't sleep on the turning mechanism which is a bit tighter on the Swing-A-Way, and much smoother on the EZ-DUZ-IT Deluxe Can Opener with Black Grips. It features a slightly larger driving handle than the more primitive Swing-A-Way, which requires more force to turn.
Don't believe me? Just order one on the sly right here: LINK. Don't tell your wife. Use it when she's out of town. Taint the old one with a bit of tomato paste to throw her off the scent. You may need her to think she made out like a bandit when you give up that Swing-A-Way as a concession in your divorce settlement.
