Beating bama does not equal a championship
I’ve been doing it for 20 plus years. Short answer, yes
Construction PM with daily site visits.

I’m seriously considering a pair of Nick’s Overlander boots. Price tag $569!!!
Anyone own a pair? Are they worth it?

I currently have owned 6” Thorogood moc toe with wedge sole.
I have had them for two years and like them but find they are uncomfortable when I’m on hard surfaces like concrete for more than a few hours.
I was considering getting a pair of Nick’s but not in a wedge sole.
My other thought was a Redwing boot.
Any opinions or assistance is appreciated.
I’m more office administration but get in the field daily for supervision. I’m on my feet for less than 5 hours a day.

re: Nuss’ Reads

That’s pretty spot on. Plus I’m the Southern game Nuss was trying to make plays and impress coaches in one of his few moments of action on the year.
Nuss’ Reads
Posted by Mako_fin on 12/7/22 at 6:36 pm
Let me start by saying I like the Nuss offense a little better than when JD is at the helm. I do feel like turnovers would exponentially increase, at current experience level, with Nuss as the starter.
My question is this, is it me or has anyone else noticed Nuss seems like a 1 read only guy thus far in his career? Most of his drop backs it appeared he was locked onto one guy and eventually made that throw in that WR’s general direction.
Am I correct in this observation?
Obviously experience and coaching can vastly improve this.

Yeah no doubt NOLA takes the cake. I guess the title should’ve eluded to second worst roads in the state.
Worst Roads in LA not in Greater NOLA Area. What you got?

Hands down St. Martin Rd. Between Lafayette and St. Martinville.
1 trip down that disaster and I need new shocks, tires and a front end alignment. I literally hit a pot hole and almost got thrown in the roadside bayou.
Close second is Church Point Hwy south of Branch.
Edited to remove NOLA.

I think the depth definitely caught up with the defense toward the end.
The offense was serviceable but throwing the ball downfield more would’ve helped our offense move the ball and open up running lanes.
It is what it is. Hopefully all 3 qbs can fairly compete for the starting spot next year.

BUT we did. That’s what’s so disheartening is that it was right in front of us and we didn’t even show up.
10-2 is reasonable expectations. Not bad for year 3. Depends on the qb play I guess.
House—terrible but made adjustments early in the second half, we just turned it over and couldn’t recover.
Denbrock—I think he called a decent game we just couldn’t throw beyond 5 yards.
