My stomach used to be a tank. I could eat anything and never have an issue.

As I've aged, things have started to frick me up, with milk, chocolate, and fried foods being the main culprits.

What do you old fricks do? I don't have an issue with gas and splatter shits, so do I just stay away from others when I want to eat these things? Will it get worse? Do you old frickers simply disregard others and eat what you want?

This shite blows.

I'm constantly shocked at the shite older people consume with no issue. Its like their stomach comes with a garbage disposal.

Eating bad foods consistently over years will take a toll on your body. Doesn’t have to do with getting old, has to do with your body struggling to break down and handle all those bad things

Check out acidic things and see if that’s your issue

Or maybe dairy

If you eat a lot of tomato based foods that can cause issues if you’re sensitive.

I've become lactose intolerant as I have gotten older. Used to drink milk with every meal, now I'll get the runs from milk in my coffee. Sucks getting older.

In my 50s I went through a 6 month period where tomato sauce gave me terrible indigestion. Am married into an Italian family. I’m 67 now and don’t have any issues with any foods. Some zesty sauces or dip sauces may cause a rumble and force an out of cycle dump. That’s all I got.

I’m late 40’s and don’t have this problem.

I actually had that problem in my 20’s when I was hitting happy hour almost every day after work, drinking shitty draft beer, and eating horrible bar food.

milk, chocolate, and fried foods

Only one of these is likely to be your issue and it's milk, for numerous reasons.

Chocolate would actually help you if it's 80%+ cacao.

And "fried food" obviously depends on what you're frying and what you're frying it in. So it isn't "fried foods" per se, but shitty oil and likely starchy shite you're frying.
