McDonald's breakfast is the only thing that does this to me. No clue why. I can eat other greasy, fattening foods with no issues.

McDonalds in general upsets my stomach. Probably 70% of the time I eat there I get stomach cramps within the hour. My mom, uncle, and sister are all the same way. I don't know what it is in their food that does it, but I have to go take a shite just typing the word McDonalds.

I'm 67 and have noticed I can still eat most anything I ever have, just not as much of it.

Some things, like milk, tend to not be good for me, but only at certain times, so I'm not lactose intolerant per se.

Every once in a while when eating fresh smothered greens, it will tear me up and act like a laxative, but not all the time. It really depends on how much of it I eat in one sitting.

Just last week I ate a huge bowl of collards and you'd have thought I was prepping for a colonoscopy the way I had the runs. But if I eat a small portion as a side dish, I'm fine.

It boils down to size of portions for me for the most part.

I’m pushing 70,been lactose intolerant for probably 30 years so I’ve been off dairy quite a few years. No foods upset my stomach but issue I have is a full meal in evening I don’t sleep well.No indigestion ,diarrhea or anything like that - just don’t sleep well.Toss and turn all night, wake up frequently and feel tired as hell next day.

Try magnesium pills and a Probiotic. I used to have explosive diarrhea every day; could not eat if I wanted to leave the house.

A home health nurse tipped me on the probiotics especially if you have taken any antibiotics. They kill the good bacteria in the bowel.

I started taking the magnesium since it was supposed to relieve the charley horses every night and it was a very pleasant surprise to notice it helped the bowel as well.

About Lactose tolerance:
You might have an intolerance for raw/near raw milk, but thoroughly cooked milk products are ok.

Although I haven't been able to tolerate Sour Cream since a heavy dosage of antibiotics for a problem ten + years ago, I've found I can use Mexican Crema in moderation. It's worth a try for things that are better with a soured cream on them, just not US sour cream.

I quit eating fast food and fried foods and I lost 40 lbs. used to eat they stuff daily.

Now if I eat fast food I feel absolutely exhausted all day and I can’t function: it’s a weird feeling but it feels awful like I’m going to die of exhaustion everyone I eat a large shitty meal.

I’m 39 now, have Crohn’s disease and still have the stomach of a tank. If I get fricked up on booze tho, I’m hurting for a day or two. That’s about it.

Pretty sure a diagnosis of Crohn's disease could quite possibly be your stomach's way of politely disagreeing with your point of view.
