Just now on WSJ update.

Boeing says they have 5 milestones to meet before the 737 MAX returns to the air. So far they have met 1 of the milestones.

Boeing says the plane will be ready to fly for the airlines in January. They will meet their goal.

Southwest says they will not fly the plane before March.

Nah...I’ll give it another year or so.

I’ll stick with Airbus for a while.

Yep.

SW is still holding out for more testing, I'm good when Southwest says they are good.

I’ll wait til Malaysian Airlines flies it first for awhile. They seem to know which planes work and which ones don’t.

This plane was always too big too fail. It already takes years if not decades to design a new plane from scratch and Airbus was already eating their lunch with massive A320 orders.

They were never going to let Airbus conquer the single aisle market and let the MAX go completely fubar even if they have to spend millions if not billions to fix it.

Just listen to me for one second.

The plane is done. It's safe. It's a regular arse plane.

Don't be scared to fly on it.

Your post made me think my phone was jacked up.

Do you know the prank of short sheeting a bed? That’s what you just did.

I'll fly if the price is right. I don't see this coming back right away with normal fares, at least if they want it to succeed.

Swa is also looking for a discount. Not long after the grounding swa was checking out the airbus fleet 'to see if it would work' in their fleet. Swa knows Boeing is bent over a barrel.

In April of 1988 Aloha Air did more than just to "open the door to memories"....
