No way he wins. Any judge that rules in his favor will lose his seat. Unless there is blatant evidence of a miscarriage of justice or perjury or whatever, he’s going to get himself in a very nasty spotlight. This dude just needs to go away.

I don't have a problem with forcing the govt to pay him for his troubles. Never should have gone to trial. Certainly not 100m. maybe 200K plus lawyer fees.

I think the movie is defending him, not attacking him. That's why I thought this lawsuit could just be a gimmick to get the documentary into the news.
