Its cool when technology takes the place of blue collar workers, but God forbid technology starts writing novels and movies...

The disappointment of the inmates when the warden is giving his reasoning makes this scene that much funnier

Obviously ChatGPT got the ending he was going for. I need to find ChatGPT’s chapters on Stannis’ battle against the Boltons.

Both will cause a lot of upheaval and yet people want to make sure there is no accompanying decrease in human population. That is what I don’t understand.

I really think the way things will happen in exploring universe further is through robots calibrated to deal with known environments on other planets using human/AI intelligence. Humanity itself will continue to evolve in unexpected ways. People so soon forget that crazy advances literally change everything.

All this being said, they will easily win this suit.

Unfortunately they will never be finished and this is not true.

The Meerenese Knot really fricked him up, the pressure from the TV series fricked him up, and then everyone hated the ending...which they got straight from him.

Now he's panicked and stuck.

It will never ever ever be completed.

Would love for ChatGPT to kill Hollywood.

Unflitered and unleashed AI will produce far superior movies, novels and TV shows.

For instance, one fan used ChatGPT to write long, voluminous versions of The Winds of Winter and A Dream of Spring, the next two volumes in Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series. The lawsuit specifically cites this work as part of its case proving up OpenAI’s infringing behavior

They are right, and this is outright copyright infringement and theft of intellectual property. Normally I'd be against such a thing, but since that fat, lazy frick George R.R. Martin is clearly going to die of congestive heart failure long before either of those books are finished, I'll allow it.
