2020 was the year they really roped in some fools. Covid, Floyd, BLM.

Sadly I know people who were all in on this shite.

Will an inconceivable amount of historical writings and references have to be revised now?

We've been locking up innocent people for years, rarely cops though, that's a new wrinkle. Usually it's the cops pinning it on the wrong guy. Thin Blue Line guy was arrested in 1976 and didn't get released until the movie came out 13 years later

If justice actually mattered in this country's judicial system Floyd would be safe, sound, and alive in prison today. Instead, he got to invade a pregnant woman's home, pistol whip, beat, and hold her at gunpoint, and only had to serve a handful of years. He should still be in prison today for that crime.

He was a multi-time violent felon doing felon shite when he got himself killed that day.

The only way Derek Chauvin could be guilty of murdering George Floyd is if he had force fed him massive amounts of fentanyl.

Do we know which cops rode in the ambulance with him?

He didn't "got himself killed". He killed himself.

Do you think Chauvin can afford to pony up the kick back that Biden will demand?

I would have to read more of this report, but antemortem blood is from bleeding before death occurs. It does not necessarily mean blood collected
before death. This probably refers to when the bleeding occurred.

When you have 4 times the lethal dose of a drug in your body, and they hide a clip of him prior to the alleged murder of him saying the SAME THING about not being able to breathe when no one was on top of him whatsoever, then this should have been thrown tf out.

Not trying to defend the state, but if this was information he had access to during the trial (i.e. it's not new and there was no effort made to hide it from the defense at the time of the trial), the state might be arguing that it's not now subject to discovery. Imagine if every defendant in every case was allowed to reopen discovery at will.

In other words, the state may be objecting on procedural grounds, not sinister ones.

Chauvin was a sacrificial lamb sent to prison to appease the mob and everyone knows it.

Blame the jury for making a poor decision due to fear. How they sleep at night is amazing

What will we do with all of his memorial statutes if this is true?
