By lean into it I mean how much effort do I want to put into seeing just how healthy and attractive I can get before I’m old enough that it doesn’t matter toooo much.
As StringedInstruments noted, he’s doing well but the next step might be cutting sugars and whatever else.
I’ve always been apposed to marriage, although I would make an exception given I meet the right person. I’m not terribly picky, I just know I’m not easy to date. I don’t handle the typical relationship stuff very well and can’t wrap my mind around what is typical behavior from what seems like most women these days. I’m frugal and can be extremely annoying when working through an issue with a significant other. I deal with that shite like SFP deals with political issues here
No time for feelings, what are the facts and how do we use them to come to a conclusion?
I finally feel like there is a chance I can mature enough to get to a point where marriage might work for me if I address my “issues”/way of thinking.
I think the plan is to lean into this self improvement as hard as I can until I’m ~38 and see what life throws at me.

if you’re not married then obviously keep being kind and outgoing and stay away from whores and you’ll end up with a darling wife.

Her mid-life crisis included weight loss surgery and then a ton of plastic surgery. She started acting like a sorority girl on spring break and hanging out with women 20 years younger than her. She cheated on her husband with his younger coworker. Now they are going through a nasty divorce after 25 years of marriage.
The PUA guys call this phase “Making Up for Missing Out”. It’s what “good” girls that got married and had kids early do when they lose weight at an older age and see the twentysomethings enjoying their Ho Phase. They decide to go all Spring Break and suddenly they’re cheating on husbands because they decided that THEY wanted a Ho Phase too.

This is a true head scratcher for most women of any age.
Madonna was trashy hot and would’ve aged pretty well. She’s always worked out and took decent care of herself.
Except she decided to look like a stretched monkey when she got to her 50s.

The guy commenting is annoying as shite. No one needs his commentary

Man, that’s messed up. Women are truly broken—the amount of this shite you will see in any major city is alarming.

Other women through social media and their social bubbles are the ones telling them to get the work done, not men.
This.
Reminds me of that Twitter screenshot where a woman says "Male privilege is wearing the same outfit multiple times to events while girls cant wear the same dress twice no matter how cute it is".
A guy responds, "There isn't a single straight man on earth that cares if u wear the same cute dress twice. The negative comments will come from other women."

A majority of men will probably not even notice it was a dress worn more than once.
All the judgmental bullshite is from women towards other women.

I have an epic example of this, but she was always in shape. I just stumbled upon it last week. I haven't figured out how to adequately post it b/c the link I got was a 4-hour Youtube video of 2 different family law hearings.

Dudes do this all the time too
By 30, Bachelor parties aren’t for the groom anymore, they are for the grooms married friends

I truly don’t get it. Erin Moriarty (actress from The Boys) is a young millennial vs gen z, but it’s this sort of stuff:
She was a very naturally pretty girl, now looks like a freak
