She’s working out and by the looks of it struggling.
Have you not seen a really obese person running, walking, working out at the gym and thought good for them?
I’m completely on board with the idea that we have seen a very consequential promotion of unhealthy habits and appearances.
I just don’t see this as being an example of that.

You accuse me of being a hypocrite based on nothing but your own wrong assumptions. I’m 52 years old, 5’10” and 183 lbs as of this morning. I eat healthy and stay active. Yeah, I have an artificial heart valve due to a heart defect I was born with. But I still live a relatively normal and active life.
