It's not the model/actress' fault. It is Gatorade's fault.
There are fit women of all colors from which to choose to represent your fitness product. I get that to break trends, you don't always pick a hyper-thin or hyper-muscular gal and go more "normal" looking, but this is just asking to get the lady (who might be a wonderful, charming person) absolutely destroyed on social media.
The only conclusion I can draw is that Gatorade wants that destruction so they can act virtuous about it. And, I must assume they chose a woman of color so they can play the race card for good measure.
Disgusting (not the lady, Gatorade).
