Gas station worker

So a life long employee of working at numerous gas stations..working the register at times, working in the deli at times and stock lady at times…she says she done retired and not working…how?…she has no husband, no savings..like how the frick does she do it? I know this lady..she aint got a pot to piss in.

If her husband died, she might be able to draw from his Social Security. If he had a good job, it might be enough to get by on.

If you actually know this, why are you asking us?
If you have a paid off mortgage, no debt, and all you like to do is watch movies, read, etc. You can retire on a shockingly small amount of cash. If SS is giving her even $1600 a month, she might have money left over. Sure she may not save much, but she's retired and will likely die in a few years anyway.
