Actually, I posted that just to see how defensive you are about it.

Answer: very. Hmmmm.

Dumb question: How long have you had a presence on eBay? I'm selling comics there and I've been trying to get more views, but I started about 100 days ago. Most of my listings average 5-10 views. Not sure how to get more, except to offer less-crappy comics.

Trash as usual. Lies about what he says people will pay for most of this garbage. Probably deep in the negative on this despite what he says

Damn bro you paid $15 for a pile of costume jewelry she probably paid a dollar for back in the day.

Just searched the two bags. Everything pictured below is sterling silver except the ring at the bottom right. It’s 10k gold. This came out of those two bags.

This is why I buy bulk jewelry if it’s cheap and doesn’t look cheap.

I’m looking at $100+

I’ve been on eBay 18 years. What I do is start my auctions lower than the lowest selling price, so if I get just one bid, I’m happy. But if you have money tied upon those comics, I don’t know. Comic book collectors are the pickiest people.

the flip clock works you'll probably make some good money on it too.
Oh yes, the market for an old, used, dirty brown clock is so huge. People will be lining up. Lol

I found one of those Wonder Woman mirrors a few months ago. I sold it for $12 with no box. With box you can probably get $20. Won't make you rich, but great return on a dollar purchase.

I agree. I have never said the stuff I buy wasn’t “Junk”, it’s just that one man’s junk is another man’s treasure.
I do it for the hunt, and make good money being the go between man.

It must be awesome living in Louisiana if you're into yard sales. I bet y'all have them year round.

The yard sales here are drying up and once December hits there won't be anymore until March.

My best find today was a Zougushi (sp) bread maker. That brand is like the Ferrari of bread makers. If a bunch of states shut down again, I'll be able to get $300ish for it. If the states stay open I'll only get 100 or so and it'll be a slow seller.

I did find an old projector from the 40's. Comps on ebay aren't that great 80-110, but it looks nifty.

I love seeing people eat their words in these threads.

This is not mine, just a quick search on eBay.

Vintage flip clocks bring good money. That's something I always pick up when I see it.

Up to a few weeks ago, I would have never paid them any attention, but after watching those guys on YouTube, I realized they were collectible.

Just curious, was there a bread shortage during the shutdown where you're from, causing folks to pay high dollar for bread makers?

I think it was more of a factor of people at home looking for something to do.

You didn't happen to notice that everyone during the shut down decided it was a great time to learn how to make sour dough?
