Should name it,” endless apologies” beer

The only reason why the beer is around is the history behind it being an older New Orleans brewed beer. Basically she bought a name and now she changing the brand / name.
She can now call it K&B beer as it was almost tasted as unique as Dixie Beer.

I would rename it Mason-Dixon beer. Business would soar.

Probably been said already, but imagine being such a pussy that the name of a beer offends you

My wife is buying some dixie merchandise, asked if I wanted anything.
Told her I was just going to blow it up on the 4th of july.

Rename its Fasnacht Beer since that's the first brewery in New Orleans starting in 1852.

I was in a pub in Sydney Australia once and on the shelf behind the bar were empty bottles from around the world. Front and center (literally) was a Dixie Beer bottle. It just struck me as odd, interesting, but odd.

I was amazed they reopened with the name. Really dumb reopening with a socially touchy name. Would have been better to be in front of this wave. There was no way social pressure was going to ease on this topic.
The Dixie name doesn’t bother me in the least. Especially for a historical New Orleans beer. So much for historical context.
No idea why they would want to recreate such a terrible beer.

When an old lady opens up the snatch to an older senile man and becomes a billionaire with one BJ, then she gets the right to do whatever she wants with the Dixie beer name

It certainly didn't make a lick of sense building the massive new facility she built. I think she probably got a ton of tax breaks to do it, though.

Good thing Plantation Fried Chicken ain’t around anymore, can you imagine the triggers from that name?
Bonus Name Up Next:
'Dixie Queen' Watermelon 'Dixie Queen' A favorite of Southern growers, this round or oblong melon matures early and boasts very sweet crimson flesh with white seeds. ... Dixie Queen watermelon is round instead of oblong and can grow up to 50 pounds. The skin is cream color with dark green stripes.

Funny thing is the term "Dixie" comes from the first currency in New Orleans that was know as "Dixie's" that the South adopted and started using as heart of dixie.... So money = racism

That's the thing, nobody is really offended by it. The people bitching are just looking for anything and everything to feign outrage over. Hell, most of the people calling for it be changed likely didn't know Dixie Beer existed a week ago.

Wonder if she consulted with the bishop

For the record, we are clear on the following positions being taken by Ms. Gayle:
1. She is woke when it comes to BLM
2. She is not so woke when it comes to boys and girls abused by priests.
Will update accordingly.

It's actually not that bad to me.
That's because it's not a bad beer. I classify it as a regular guy beer and better then Bud. The Blackened VooDoo is a very good beer.
