That's why I say go after the Wildlife and Fisheries angle. Those boys have much more jurisdiction than LE and most of the time they love to stick it to LE boys whenever possible.
Atleast in Louisiana, not sure about Georgia but it's worth persuing.

You should consider every law enforcement encounter as a dangerous situation. Give them no reason to harm you. They can absolutely kill you with little to no repercussions.

There are tons of posts on this thread that are ignorant to what a donkey can do to you. I bet that donkey was giving those cops the business. Sounds like they tried "less than lethal" first with a taser and that didn't work. That probably just pissed the donkey off even more.
