It's the second matter on the docket and argument for the first ine starts at 9:30 (with each side getting up to 30 minutes each).

SWB’s argument is that you can’t follow the law and the will of the voters because taking tax bases away is racist.

How is Lamont Cole still part of the case then?

The board hasn’t approved legal action with him representing them and, on top of that, there are serious questions as to whether he is even eligible for the seat he has.

District Court ruled against St.G. 1st Circuit upheld, on different grounds from District Court.

Standing is a weak argument. They should not have lead with that.

I don’t like the argument the attorney’s making against Cole being disqualified. The justices are challenging him hard.

Attorney 2 is much more polished and appears to have a better argument.
