The second St George attorney killed it.

I kept saying we need an attorney to step up.

Judges seemed to have already agreed with the anti-St. George group in that they don't think the city would sustain itself.

Not these justices. They’re saying you can’t tell if the city is sustainable until it is actually in place. They’re making arguments for St George

This is gong very well for St George. The BR attorney is having to play a lot of defense. We haven’t seen Mary Olive speak yet tho.

Maybe they should stick to being judges instead of economists.

I don’t see how it is their job to determine if a city will be sustainable. Is Baton Rouge currently sustainable on its trajectory?

I just tuned in. How's it looking? Who's this guy? St G's lawyer or BR's?

Weimer and possibly the black woman judge appear to be the only ones on the side of BR at this point.

McCallum just basically said, what you're saying is that St. George is putting more into the city of Baton Rouge than they are getting out of it?

BR attorney basically admitted that this is about taking funds from BR and they would need to cut city funds in order to make up for what St. George would take away.

I've been listening more than watching, but I only recall 4 judges speaking. Weimer appears to be pro-Baton Rouge, Crain and McCallum appear to be pro-St. George. Piper hasn't said much, but is probably pro-Baton Rouge. I don't think I heard Crichton, Genovese, or Hughes give any input.
