C. Finished 10K last weekend. I run regularly though.

I a weekend warrior and run 1x-2x a week and between 5-6 miles at a time. So a 10k would be easy... a half marathon would be a stretch but I think I could do it if I HAD to.

At your current athletic level. No training, you get a call at 8pm and are told you have to run a race at 8am the next morning.
I used to do half Ironmans, triathlons, and half marathons.
If I got a call at 8pm on any given night and was told to run as far as I could starting at 8 am the next morning I would hang up on you.
But to oblige, I could probably run a mile or 2 without stopping.
Eta: who am I kidding? I could maybe run 400m without stopping.

With zero training spur of the moment, I could maybe power through and die at the finish line for a 5k. Even then, I doubt I have the mental power to push through without prior preparation. So I would probably tap out at 1.5 miles realistically.
I simply don't run long distances, ever. I ran a 5k once in college with a girl I wanted to date. That's the final time I've ever ran that far at once. I never run that far while training.
My running workouts consist of me running a mile warmup, then I'll do different sprints.

The door knob of the bathroom.

Could probably do a 10k yet it would be an absolute shitshow on my part.

used to do the seven mile bridge run when I lived in fl with no prep, was younger then, also it was pretty much a day long party more than a "race"

However far I can run in 90 seconds. At least that's about as far on the treadmill before walking again
One of the most depressing things I've ever done is spent weeks/months training and getting mileage up on a treadmill (this was a long time ago) and finally deciding to go for a real run on pavement only to be completely wrecked and demoralized within a couple of minutes

1 Mile tops....I know the zombies will get me

Not very far at all. Maybe if being chased by a pit bull or cop. now rewind back to the early 80s and my military days.........

may need to put a time limit on these rather than "no walk" rule. Even people who break 4 on a full will walk through the water stations.

I could probably make it to the end of the driveway at this point.

I going to say a half marathon. I’ve never done one, but I feel like I could start it and finish it.
I’ve run 10ks. It’s over in an hour, not really that big of a deal.

900 yards in six legs. Each set consists of 25 yards out and back three times. They must finish that heat of 150 yards under a designated time -- 32 seconds for the offensive and defensive linemen, 29 seconds for the tight ends and linebackers and 27 seconds for the wide receivers, running backs and defensive backs. If you go over that time in any of the six legs, you flunk the test and have to take it over.

A 5K, having a kid put a damper on my workout regimen these past few months.

I would only run any race under protest, I detest running as it feels like a waste of time to me, personally. At least on a treadmill I can watch tv lol.
I know I could "run" a 5k right now. I could probably run walk a 10k. No way I could do other.
We frequently hike 3+ miles, and a lot of hikes are 10+ and even 20+ miles, carrying gear. Pounding on pavement isn't kind to me, so I would prefer cross-country running, I think?

1000 yard pirogue push and im spent. I'd say a 5k max at consistent pace.

Same thing happened to me. Spent a lot of time on the elliptical, rowing machine, treadmill, etc, etc. Running outside is WAY different.
