You've willing to lie yourself, that's obvious.

I don't see it as much as you do being on your side of the table, but I don't know why... Why?

I think there's definitely one person reaching in this conversation, and I'm not sure it's me.

And it’s an attorney who fights for injured people that’s the bad guy?!?
What about when they fight for the uninjured guy?

I'm not reaching, I've seen exactly what I've told you fairly regularly.

According to you they’re all uninjured

So it’s been your experience that nearly all claims for injury are frivolous and fraudulent?

No, I was really wondering if you knew, I don't.

I know that in general, the trial attorney side has resisted any type of control of treatment or medicine (especially in the worker's comp arena). I get the argument on the treatment side. But the opioid addiction truly hurts injured people. Their addiction renders them useless and depressed. It's being pushed from a federal standpoint now, and I think over the next few years, change will begin. But in my experience, the trial attorneys have fought it tooth and nail, and I genuinely don't understand why.

See, you can't help lying or exaggerating. I didn't say "all uninjured." I said in probebly 80% of cases PI attorneys exaggerate in the case.

But I also know it's not nearly as bad as the well-oiled LABI PR machine makes it out to be.

You either or grossly naive or don't have skin in the game. As someone whose livelihood depends on affordable Commercial Auto Liability, I can attest that our state harbors these kinds of people and refuses to do anything about it.

I was in a multi car accident a few weeks back that was my fault and I’m waiting for some shite to come from one of the drivers. She had a pretty finger up wrist but was okay outside of that. Apparently she claimed injury on insurance and was trying to claim an ambulance expense when there was no ambulance called. I feel like I’m about to get raped

Nope. Didn't say that. I said there is exaggeration in a majority of cases.

How about when the Personal Injury Firm has their own contract Chiropractor in the office suite next door and 99% of their cases are "soft tissue injuries"? And when the firms adds go on and on about "your check" and "your right to compensation"?

Just shows that real doctors go directly to the hurting people instead of hiding behind ivory towers and nurses like “medical” doctors

One way to end this is to quit subsidizing car loans to abject non-contributing zeros. If they don't have their Malibus and burnt out S-10s, they can’t drive around aimlessly littering, looking to score drugs or committing insurance fraud as easily.
