re: Friday post: Username origin story

Like a dumb arse I made my username my real name when I first signed up. People I knew IRL were starting to figure out it was me, and my embarrassing fetishes we're being known, so I made a post asking if a mod would let me change my name. I said I know it's a slim chance but I'd really appreciate it if you would consider. The next day I got on and it took me a minute to realize my name was magically changed to what it is now. I didn't request this name but I like it. I just wish I was a better poster worthy of such a cool name. I'll sell it for $500 if any of you want it. Lol

It’s Dads nickname that was also passed to me. It’s pronounced Buddyreaux but I spelled it like the typo from the year the rodeo messed up his team name from the old Terrebonne sportsman’s League fishing rodeo. Dad and his buddies won the rodeo and set a state record with a Tarpon back in the 80’s.

Mine is named after the band Powerman 5000 which I ironically am not a big fan of. I only know of 2 of their songs.

Thought about becoming a marine biologist.
