Every time I think it’s dying down another big gust comes rolling through

Radar is delayed and not refreshing on some services. MyRadar looks like the radar is current but the wind map is about an hour behind where the storm center is.
Is Radar scope off? That's what I am using and it looks like it is stalling a tad

It really wasn’t in danger of getting in our house, but another hour of the same rain and the cars in the driveway may have gotten water. We’ve been here 17 years and I have never seen it close to as high as it got.

Raining about as hard as I’ve ever seen it here NE of Abita Springs. 60mph gusts (just a guess)

Yeah the rain has slacked up pretty good here on the westbank for a while but the wind is still whipping constantly with large gusts every few minutes.
My weather all shows we still have 50+mph wind gusts through 2am or so.

BR Airport had a max wind gust of 54 earlier; i live about 10 miles closer to the broad center of Francine. Wonder how close to 60mph gust i got?

KHDC is still working on Radar Omega, so it must be in RadarScope's end.

No rain in New Orleans for 2 hours and street flooding in Lakeview has risen slightly.
Assume there will still be flowing rivers on the streets at sunup tomorrow.

Last report was still booking at 16mph. It’s moving. I’m in ponchatoula and the conditions have definitely improved in the last twenty mins.

I'm on the east side of Ponchatoula, and rain has definitely eased up. Still some stiff gusts, but it feels like things are improving.

Still raining heavy in Mandeville with intermittent gusts.

Seems to be improving now in Madisonville. Still a steady rain but not hearing the wind gusts like before. Just occasional . Hoping by 1:00 I can crack the garage door to let the dog out and then go to bed!
I imagine flooding is bad in town.

It's still quite windy and gusty in Harvey near the river, despite the falling apart of the south side of circulation.
