Haven’t lost internet (AT&T U-verse) power hasn’t flickered once, barely getting rain or wind or gust here … 1 street in my neighborhood lost power about an hr ago

Some things to consider regarding NOLA flooding:
1) It has been raining the past few days. Water couldn't really go anywhere
2) Francine decided to slide east more so than north. She sat for a bit longer than she should have.
