Dr. Steve just said this is about as bad as it should get for everyone in BR and westward.

Said wind gusts are coming down.

On “my radar” their track keeps sliding back to the west. It started East of Hammond and in the last 2 hours or so has come back East of Hammond

My friend in Houma said they lost power at 4. Wooden playhouse in the backyard rehomed itself to neighbor’s yard. She said her walls are creaking.
