Just bought two extra cases at the RaceTrac in Prairieville at Airline / 73 so I could supplement my stock if need be. They had like 20 cases left

Probably barely drizzles in the NOLA area and the schools are all closed this afternoon through Friday.
At least the entire state government is open statewide with a "Cat 2" landing only 24 hours away.

Fradella says latest model runs are further East than official NHC track. He expects further eastward push at the 10 AM update.

If it keeps tracking more east, Slidell will 100% be without power for a couple of days.

I would expect solid tropical storm conditions in Mandeville 30-40 sustained with gusts 50+ possible
