Had a GT myself. '85 convertible. Identical to this. Still pretty much had the LX styling look w the 5.0 and some interior changes. White, white top, dark seats. Fun car.

Mine was grey but I was big pimpin in a 1990 Nissan pickup with the long Bed. V6 and that thing could flat out fly.

Hahaha...no, I had moved away from NOLA by that point.

That said, I came back once in HS when I had it and I, if I remember correctly, there was a small contingent running up and down Transcontinental somewhere between Vets and W. Esplanade.

1973 Ford Pinto station wagon with no air conditioner and black vinyl seats in Alabama.

I don’t miss it.

Late 80's on Michoud, every other car running was a damn 5.0. In the East, so there was a steady diet of bitchin' Camaros and Trans-Ams too.

Best I ever saw out there was a guy running nitrous in an old stripped down US mail jeep.

My first car was a ‘74 Camaro which sounds cool until you find out it had 350 cu. in. V8 that rolled out the factory with only 145 horsepower. Also it was puke green colored.
