Glad you still have your first car.

Looks like you also still have the attempt at the first concrete driveway ever in the State of Alabama?

finally a damn Taurus in this thread. Best friend had one in that grey.

I had a 1987 Chevy Nova (basically a Toyota Corolla). Only good thing about it was the two Bazooka subs, amp and Yamaha 5 disc changer in the trunk.

Stock photo:

As you could imagine, I got all the tail in high school. All of it.

72 Chevy Vega GT with this green and black paint job, 4 on the floor and 160 on the speedometer. I got it up to 115 once. It was a fastback hatch, and the back seats folded down, so it was the first place I had sex.

Mine didn't have custom rims.

No nostalgia for me about the green 95 grand am.

I had a 97.

83 mph when it shifted into third. Limited to 104 in 4th. But would cruise at 107 in 3rd banging off the rev limiter

Would also jump like an absolute beast.

Railroad tracks never stood a chance.

1976 Dodge Aspen. It would go 65 mph downhill, floored, with a tail wind.

WTF...a Syclone in HS???

Since you're not dead I can only assume you've at least had brain injuries from driving that thing as a 16yo.

Junior and the first half of Senior year I had a 2004 Nissan XTerra Supercharged. Ran on premium fuel and got 9-10 miles per gallon. Spring semester Senior year I got a 2007 Toyota 4Runner that I drove up until last year when I finally traded it in after 170,000 trouble free miles.

1983 Volvo 240 Turbo. It had kilometers instead of mph so I just kinda guessed how fast I was going. Had a crank sunroof that leaked and an occasional leak on the passenger side floor panel that would dump freezing cold water on my dates feet and purses. miss her though. Still dream about driving that car.

It was a beater that some guy had ragged out. Dad and I took about 2 years to restore it. Didn't have a lot of money so it took a while but it was drivable.

That’s actually in Shreveport. But it’s an 80 yr old drive way.
