I know people will get sand in their vaginas over this, but no one should have a problem removing names of problem who rebelled and lost from federal buildings.

They declared they were no longer part of the country and fought a war to prove it….and lost.

So, when is LSU getting rid of the Tiger mascot? Renaming the stadium? Do you see where this cultural Marxism is headed?

Traitors -> slaveholders -> segregationists -> racists -> make one wrong statement about progressive orthodoxy

This is where all of this insanity leads. As an LSU fan, ask the Middleton family.

Our entire nation is one of traitors, by your standards.

Oh, really? Which foreign country did any confederate join and conspire with to overthrow the union? None? So, not a traitor. Liar.

Yankees: more butthurt in victory than any football fan ever.

It’s in the American tradition to rebel and fight for your particular cause. It’s the very precise reason the USA was formed. We literally committed treason from our sovereign nation and instituted a new nation. It’s safe to bet that a majority of Confederates did more ultimately in their lives for the United States than most of these posters is fairly obvious. Palmetto and c on z and Damone are jealous their ancestors had no honor.

It's ironic that the people who fought against these Confederate leaders never considered them as traitors. It's only when this woke generation comes along that people get triggered.

My ancestors helped establish Tennessee in to statehood and fought against the British. That is way more honorable for this country than being a fricking traitor.

People like you have no idea what it was like back then, and therefore have no business criticizing a decision these good men felt so strongly about to go to war over. Your kind wouldn't make a good zit on these men's little pinkies.

If they want to rename it then rename it for one of the myriad of hero’s from the ranks of the US Army Airborne divisions. For Bragg is the home of the Airborne. It should be named for one of their own.

Fort Ridgeway comes to mind right off the bat.

I have no problem with military posts being named after Confederate generals, but Bragg was considered a shitty general and not worthy of recognition.
