Interior decoration is trash. Why are folks so obsessed with that quasi royalty look. It’s fricking awful.

I once had Thanksgiving dinner with him at his parents farm. They are Patriots his sister went to Trumps convention and inauguration.

Agree I dont like the architecture or poofy interior design.

It's nice but not $14 million nice. I was picturing what a $14 million house would look like in Louisiana and I thought it would be like this

That steamboat property is my idea of great architecture and yah its 1/3 the price

You could have that house in Steamboat, and killer condos in Paris and NYC as well for less than this one in BR.

There’s a $14M property for sale in Mangham with like 1400+ acres, all high fenced.

House is only 5000 SF.

That’s more than twice the $6 million the couple paid for the home in June 2015.

Who thinks ANY real estate in Baton Rouge has appreciated that much?

Plus, afford a private plane to get you back and forth from BR.

Funny that one is selling for $3.5 mil because that's all I would swing for house in OP. Which would you rather?

Damn, apparently being a dentist around here is pretty lucrative to afford a house that cost that much..

What a shitty home gym.

All machines? No free weights or power rack?

A joke is what this house is.

There was another house for sale at almost 3 million dollars off lakeshore and Stanford. Not sure if that one has sold or not. I wanna say it was 2.8 million asking price and over 10,000 square feet.

That didnt take long. A couple years of 70K in property tax and all those the monthly expenses can be handled by a couple dentists

I agree with those who say it’s incomprehensible to spend $14 million to live in Baton Rouge.. and if i absolutely *had* to live in Baton Rouge for whatever reason, and had that type of money to spend on a home- i would much rather something like this on the Lakes, which can be had for far less than $14 million.. i’ve been dreaming of living on the LSU Lakes ever since i was a freshman in the 90s taking jogs around them every day.
