Then why would she be doing this if she thinks it her apartment ? If your key isn’t working maybe it’s not your apartment ?

Also, the old broad has a history of shooting people so maybe she’s just trigger happy.

If they follow through with the murder case she will walk.

This isn’t murder. It’s an absolutely horrible incident, but it isn’t murder.

This whole thing is bizarre. I don't buy her initial story that she accidentally went into the wrong apartment as she supposedly lived on a different floor.

I'm not sure how you think you know there is no way this is murder. It had to go through a grand jury where they likely saw more evidence than we know about. It's usually hard as frick to get a DA and a grand jury to go after a cop so the evidence they have collected on her must be extremely damning.

I think we'll find out that she had some sort of relationship with the guy.

She may be a few bricks shy of a load, too.

She comes home from a 12 hour shift and she goes to put her key into what she thinks is her apartment and instead the key pushes the door open. At that point she has to think someone has maybe broken into her apartment and might still be there so she draws her weapon and enters. encounters a man who she thinks is in her apartment and shoots him. Its sad and tragic but it ain't murder.

Did she accidentally shoot the guy? Did she not give him one second to speak? Did she think he came in and changed the entire inside of her apartment?

This dumb whore murdered a man in his own home. frick her. I hope she gets hit by a bus on the way to accept a ridiculously favorable plea deal.

Plus a 12 hour shift, where I'm sure she really didn't work all 12 hours, isn't much. Not saying fatigue doesn't set in and every day isn't different, but when I used to have duty I'd generally stay up all 24 hours. After change over I'd drive another 30 mins home. Granted that was in the daylight, but even at night 12 hours isn't really that demanding.

I have also drove 36 hours straight and been coherent enough to end where I planned and that was through snow and arriving in the middle of the night.

You people meaning glue eating, tin foil hat wearing conspiracy idiots. Jesus. And show me one reputable source that says she knew he guy and had been in his apartment. The only place I have seen that is here and this place is hardly reputable.

Dude, I’ve accidentally gone to the wrong floor of my apartment before, but unless you’re extremely stupid, you should immediately realize that you have come to the wrong door. She fricking killed the guy. It was 2nd degree murder.

Like someone above said, if she was innocent, this would have been dropped. There was more too it, and Im not going to look up links from months ago. Where is your links saying that she is completely innocent?

I’m not reputable, but I’ve assumed from the get go that she knew the guy.

We’ll eventually find out what the DA presents at trial.

Play affirmative action games (like given incompetent women guns), win affirmative action prices.

Being she is a cop, I have a hard time believing she did this on purpose. Pretty damn weak idea .

But being she is a cop, there’s no excuse for shooting the guy and she should definitely do jail time.

I’m guessing murder is to get her to plead down.

I don’t think she premeditated this, but I think she had every intention to kill him once she opened fire. It’s 2nd degree murder. Here’s the definition:

quote:

Second-degree murder is ordinarily defined as: 1) an intentional killing that is not premeditated or planned, nor committed in a reasonable "heat of passion"; or 2) a killing caused by dangerous conduct and the offender's obvious lack of concern for human life. Second-degree murder may best be viewed as the middle ground between first degree murder and voluntary manslaughter.

If she though it was her place why would she step out to get the number to give the operator?

And yes, she did intentionally kill him which makes it murder. Question is did she have a defense. He is legally justified to be in his place. She is not. It can get pretty technical but she might be fricked. As she should be.

I thought this sounded fishy as hell when the story came out. However, now that I read their description of what happened, I think that the mistake was at least a possibility. Really an inexcusable mistake, but I am no longer convinced that it was intentional.

What is she looking at in terms of time with a plea deal?
