Like the 2020 model, the 2021 F-150 will be available with several engines—a 3.3-liter V-6; a 5.0-liter V-8; a twin-turbocharged 2.7-liter V-6; a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V-6; and a 3.0-liter diesel V-6. No matter which engine you choose, the F-150 comes paired with a 10-speed automatic. For the first time ever, the F-150 will also be offered with a hybrid powertrain. Ford claims that the new hybrid powertrain—which consists of a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V-6, a 35 kW electric motor, and a 10-speed automatic transmission—will offer best-in-class torque and horsepower ratings as well as up to 700 miles of driving range per tank.

Agreed. Loved that body style and the interior was pretty fresh back then.
Got the dark brown leather. It’s what sold me.

Throw in this and I’m sold.

Great looking truck with a damn nice feature and interior upgrade.....I'll probably be trading in my 2018 next year.

Yes, I just bought a 4 door, 6.5' bed brand new for $21,500. It was a left over 2019, but I'm about to buy another one tomorrow that is a 2020 for $1K more.

It’s probably been sitting in some oil company’s parking lot not driven since 2018

It doesn't look much different than the previous one. Just a minor update.
I assume you watched the video? I have a Platinum Edition, which I like, but after watching the video, I want all of those new bells and whistles. The larger screen. The built in generator. The drive assist package. There are some cool features. For those baws that like to get action in their truck...the front seats fold completely flat. That's a win.

The thin bar across the grill is an improvement over the over-inflated look of the previous version, but I don't like the harsh angle of the daytime running lights. Even with the big screen the dash just kinda meh on the inside.
That being said I'm sure my co-worker will run out and buy one and talk about 177 years running best seller blah blah blah roll tide.

A price for the 2021 F-150 has not been released. Details related to horsepower and towing capacity will be made available at a later date, Ford said.
Currently, F-150 prices can start at $28,745 and exceed $75,000. The average F-Series cost is $51,585
I realize I’m old and shite, but I seriously will never be able to rationalize spending that kind of money on a TRUCK. The last time I shopped for a new truck I looked at Ford, and every one on the lot was 60k and up, but mostly up. I’m sorry, I know that’s just the market, but I suppose I will never be able to accept that for a truck. Sports cars and luxury vehicles OK, but a truck is still a truck to me.

I know it's just your opinion, but I'm curious as to why you are OK with these two, but not spending that much on a truck? The trucks today are pretty luxurious...and unlike a sports car, you are more likely to drive this vehicle everyday. So with the high end trucks, you get luxury and functionality.
Just my opinion.

Are they coming out with an entirely new lineup of engines like they always do when they re-do the F-150?
And comparing the interior to a Bentley??? Seriously?

Why.
Because if it is on the column, half my console space is available.
