For the “drive it until it dies” folks, what are you driving and what’s the year/mileage?

I’m in a 2006 Honda Accord. 190k miles.

Needs about $2000 worth of work (exhaust has a hole, bumper damaged in a hit and run, upholstery needs to be redone). Not sure I’ll hold onto it much longer but I think it would last another 100k miles.

I couldn’t imagine doing that if I could afford a newer ride.

2005 Toyota 4Runner - 160,000 miles.

Need to replace front struts and rear shocks, and front brake pads are getting close. Front rotors are probably due to be replaced as well. Probably do all that myself.

2011 F-150. 160k miles

Put about $5k in it over the last year getting a/c reworked and some exterior minor damage repaired. Looks new. I’ll drive it till it falls apart. I’m not buying a $80k+ ride. Huge waste of money.
