She’s not kneeling at the WC, though she has prior. She’s demonstrating by not singing or putting her hand over her heart like literally every other American player is. She is playing in a tournament and being paid by a country that she seems ashamed of representing, as its captain no less. If she feels that strongly about the “cause” (which I can’t believe she does), then don’t play.
