I'll give them credit where credit is due. The kitchen inside this trailer is probably the nicest trailer kitchen I have ever seen.

And the bathroom is done very well, as well.

But it's still a trailer on a nice piece of land next to other ... trailers.

Is this what the new housing market in AP looks like now? Starter and mid-to-upper scale houses that are outrageously priced to where a trailer is now fetching close to $200K?

That's a lot of upgrades for a trailer.

1/2 acre of land. For under $200K when a 1200 sq starter home is $300K, probably not that bad overall. Looks pretty nice inside and out.

I bought a starter home in 1996 for $89K. That same house sold last year for $279K.

If you put makeup on a pig, it’s still a pig.

Nice interior in that double wide. Downside is you'll most likely be living close to ex cons and maniacs.

There's something about a house that one can back up to and pull it away that doesn't do it for me.
Call it what it really is...a house on wheels!

If you’re going to go for a manufactured home, you can do way better than that for less.

For all the upgrades on the inside, you would think they would put a little money into the outside to make it look less shitty.

Looks nice but is the brake tag current? I don’t want a home with an expired brake tag.

Probably wanted to create an "inside oasis" for what they could control. The outside will soon be filled with discarded beer bottles, cigarette butts, unkempt yards, vehicles on car jacks with weeds growing through them, etc., and out of their control.

Manufactured homes go for around 250,000 where I'm at. It is ridiculous

You wouldn't believe how decked out there inside of trailers are these days. My wife and I looked at triple wides for our property, just because it would be quicker than building.

3,200 sq ft trailer.....350k...nope
