re: For non-smokers/vapers: could you date/marry someone who smokes or vapes?

I used to smoke when I drank and if I was studying a lot (was a good reason to take a break and pairs really well with Adderall and coffee). But even then, I wouldn't date a girl that smoked. I had the pleasure of hooking up with one or two girls that at the very least smoked that night .

That was the situation with my wife and I. She smoked though not heavily, somehow never smelled or tasted like smoke.

She would go outside to smoke when she was stressed. One day my daughter (I have 2 kids from a previous marriage who lived with us) asked if she had done something to make her mad because she was outside smoking. When I told her that, she pit them down and never started again. You think lifelong non smokers hate the smell. Ex smokers usually hate it with a passion.
