They essentially turned themselves in for attempted murder while the kids were busy being shot still.

I know we hear about things more so it seems like it happens more than it used to, but seriously is road rage a bigger issue than in the past? It seems like there have been a lot more road rage stories over the past 2-3 years than before.. Unless I just didn't pay attention.
While I can understand it, because there are idiots on the road. If you are the type to have road rage it seems like you would put it in your head that any action isn't worth it.
