It’s a term used for any premature baby before about 20 weeks... “Cletus The Fetus.”

We used TDFJ a lot when PD would bring people by.

If that’s all that was said then what we have here is another example of LSU overreacting in the name of political correctness

As I see it, the problem is these cops put all this shite on the kids voice recorder and gave it back to the parents. I can totally understand why the parents are upset.
It’s not really that the cops did anything wrong, but they basically had a distasteful conversation in front of the parents.
Parents in that situation probably figure out the authorities don’t give a shite about your son, but it would be painful to hear it first hand, with the cops in the kids apartment nonetheless.

That's the world we live in unfortunately. No one should lose their job for what was said.. At least based on what was released to the public. But because the it was released to the public and it could come off as insensitive then LSUPD automatically is expected to take some type of action. Which is stupid. Honestly, I don't even understand why this is made into a story.

Nothing to see here. Move along

They didn’t know that was on the recorder. Anyone would listen after hearing a little of it.
It’s pretty simple. They overheard a conversation they werent meant to hear. The parents should’ve recognized that, accepted some hurt feelings and moved on.

???They called him a "boy" instead of a young AA of excellent character and highest moral code. ?

That's not bad. It's fact. They weren't wrong. Nobody cares about your son like you do. Police, Fire fighters, paramedics are frank with each other. Just the way it is.

Absolutely not. Nothing they said was out of line.

This news story is why we can't have nice things aka good cops.
Sara is one of the nicest people in this city and, as an officer, she's filled with the intrinsic motivation to serve the university and community that so many officers lack.
Focusing on what these officers say when conversing amongst peers is absurd, unethical, and sends a terrible message.

I happen to know her, also. She is a good person and a good cop and takes pride in her work.
And though she is someone who is about 5'3 and about 115 pounds, I feel confident she could kick just about anyone's arse in this thread who crosses her. She is a tough cookie.
