First time going to a spa

And my first thought is why haven’t I been doing this sooner.
Some odd things though. Do you go bare assed for the massage or wear underwear? I wore boxer briefs and she definitely lowered them significantly which makes me think I should have been bare assed. I’ve read they’ll tell you what the want but she didn’t.
But then a lot of the pools, both mixed and men’s only require swimwear. So am I supposed to just be putting bathing suit on and off depending on what stage I’m at?
No way in hell I’m getting a message in a bathing suit
Also, way more frat guys at the spa than I’d think. Seemed kinda weird. There was a group of 20 of them that moved around in a pack.

TMI, but my arse is broken and I can’t stand having anything put in my arse. The doctors (females) multiple times tried to put things in my arse and I basically started panicking cause it hurt so bad. The nurse did stick a finger up my arse and I squeeled like a stuck pig
