There is tons of blame to be passed around, to both parties.
If Darren wilson, based on the evidence and hopefully a thorough investigation, is not indicted, then that is justice. What needs to happen next is a thorough reexamination of our emotional reactions to these events
We react because of precedent and because our precious lives have been and are systematically devalued. That cannot be ignored or denied. However,
Strageically, we may need to reassess how we react to these particular cases, for our own good.

This incident seems to have happened because a guy fought with a cop in his cruiser after robbing a convenience store. The supposed video of Brown paying for the goods is actually a video of him taking them without paying. Wake up. You're being hypnotized BY YOUR OWN COMMUNITY.
And no attitude by any white people is forcing blacks into anything. The broadening base of entitlements is doing that. It's a proven fact. If you give someone a handout, they won't do shite to better themselves and they'll breed more takers. It's not limited to black people.
Edit - and if you think incidents like these are limited to black victims, maybe you can look up or someone can post one of the million or so incidents of cops needlessly shooting white people remember "I ain't got time for this?" And that was a mentally handicapped kid who was already subdued by two cops.

SO what does your desired protest have to do with the Ferguson Grand Jury?
The entire 'protest' movement after the shooting was built upon flagrant lies. It seems like the protests would have moved to Detroit or somewhere that does have pain and violence every day effecting black people.
Instead, you want to continue a farcical protest over a non-event. A piece of shite thug got shot because he attacked a police officer just minutes after he strong-armed a defenseless shopkeeper while stealing a box of cigars.
OK - he accomplice lied about what occurred and it is appropriate for there to have been an instantaneous protest over the imagined scenario.
BUT for god's sake, when it came out that the whole scenario was a fricking LIE - that there was NO 'hands up don't shoot' bullshite going on - that the POS deserved what he got - then why in HELL didn't the protest dissolve away - or at least refocus onto something real - like Detroit,
OR - do you just like watching blacks make fools of themselves.
I am just confused about how black people think about these things. Reality and logic seem to not play any part of their thought process when these things occur.
Can you help out??
btw - I concede that slavery existed in the USA until 150 years ago. I also concede that Jim Crow laws existed until 50 years ago.
Now tell me what that has to do with a thug getting shot while in the process of assaulting a police officer in 2014.
Can you help me out here?

Wilson did not shoot this kid because he was black, period. I've seen no evidence of it. What more needs to be said? It will probably go down as a borderline, but justified shooting.
Racial coincidence is just that (ETA: In this case, based on evidence available). Would we even be having this conversation if Wilson were black? If Brown was white? Of course not.
