It's any minute now. I thought it was ready last weekend, but they took testimony Wednesday, I think - but it's all over but the annoucement at this point. The timing is probably being coordinated between law enforcement, National Guard, federal, state and local authorities - I don't know if there is a good day or time to do it - they may be looking at the weather outlook, honestly (or at least waiting until schools let out).

Here's a question I've always had about the coming race war.... What percentage of the US population is black? Let's say 15%. And how many of those actually care about participating in a race war? Let's say for argument's sake that a third are really serious about it -- 5%. What hope do they have?
And I realize that some whites will rally to their cause. But most of those white people don't even own a gun. They prefer to lay down in chalk outlines.

Negative views on people spills into every realm of life.
Education, healthcare, social issue, law enforcement, governing, economics, hiring practices, employment, finance, etc.
The way we think about others plays a integral part in the way we see the world and the way we live our lives . If we hold negative views about people, views which stem from fear, misunderstanding, lack of empathy, Etc, how do you expect things to get much better?

Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon has declared a state of emergency and activated the National Guard in advance of a grand jury decision about whether a white police officer will be charged in the fatal shooting of a black 18-year-old in the St. Louis suburb of Ferguson.
