Was in the gifted program. Where’s the freckle? I have a scar on my forehead but it’s from falling off a tractor when I was 4.

CIA or other government agencies more than likely monitored all sorts of programs like that. They are at every college recruitment for a reason and talk with professors for that type of thing.
Jumping to implementing trackers in the kids is where you lose me.

The big issue with the muh CIA CTs is that the CIA has proven over decades to be quite incompetent. In fact, the reactions to trying to fix their failures is often the behavior referenced in the CTs.

Not sure I buy into the OP completely but…one of my best pals was in college at let’s call it a very liberal institution. His choice. Said he was literally approached by a man in black who said he fit a - as Martin Blank said - fit a certain moral ambiguity and would he be interested in working for the CIA. So he did for 30 years and has some wild stories. To this day he says he has no idea what test or whatever he took to lead them to him

I was in GT from 4th-8th in the early 80s. Have the freckle, have the scar, had the testing.
But Im psychic and knew what those frickers were up to.
(Honestly, had the scar since 1st grade, have a lot of freckles, the testing was done at LSU in the fledgling days of the program. Conspiracy is BS.)

I was in GATE, I have a small round indentation right between my eyes, the forearm freckle, golden rings around my eyes, I remember the pink drink but nothing else really. None of the extrasensory stuff but could recall the flashcard codes.
The crazy thing is I have had an insane easy time with law enforcement. The last officer that pulled me over apologized and we t back to his car in less than a minute.
