Rumors of Epstein flying out influential people to have sex with underage girls was a conspiracy theory that goes back years. Alex Jones was talking about it for a long time before it came out that it was true.
Perfect example of the kernel of truth being extrapolated into a larger conspiracy the kernel does not prove.

I don't remember ever doing any specific test, but I suppose that's what they want you to think.
I had to do the full on IQ test and psychological evaluation privately b/c I was in private school at the time and the G/T program was done via public schools. I still remember having to go back to answer a question I didn't b/c I figured out the sun setting directions.
And all the pattern recog stuff that's discussed in OP is just standard IQ testing. Anyone who has taken a lot of legit IQ tests will understand this.

All I recall as a kid in the 1970s, was that you were placed in classes with the dumb kids or the smart kids. Life was simple...

I have a freckle on my left arm and a scar on my forehead. I’m dumb as frick though.

I don't know about others, but to me, the controversial parts surrounding MK Ultra have nothing to do with the whether or not program goals were achieved.

I was in the gifted program in the 2nd grade through highschool. Took an IQ test given by a psychologist. No telepathic powers but I do have a freckle on my penis. So there’s that.

We have a lot of direct, credible evidence Epstein (and Maxwell) engaged in that behavior over a long period of time. Kernel of truth.
We have some evidence that Prince Andrew may have done likewise.
There is very little direct, credible evidence to expand that into this vast conspiracy that Alex Jones ran with for years.
So people pretend "another conspiracy theory proved true" when it's not really so.

Then I have nothing to worry about.

I was in G/T program in elementary school. Dad was in the USAF and the school was on the base. For the program, once or twice a week I would get brought to another location and vaguely remember some of the headphones/screens testing and the pink drink. But I have no firm recollection of how often those things happened or the details of the testing. I do seem to recall that the building was near the beach (we were living in Florida at the time) but there were no windows in our program rooms. Interestingly, I don’t recall other students being there at the same time I was. I’m sure they were but I’ll be damned if I can remember them.
FWIW, the bases we were stationed at usually had some spooky guys attached to them because the bases had high level communications installations. Who knows what the hell was really happening. The 70s were weird, man.

I was in GT but I guess I wasn’t gifted or talented enough to warrant CIA attention

So the kernel of truth that it existed is true
Man, you must have been professionally kicked in the balls recently if you're knighting for this shite.

I was in G&T in the 80s from 2nd thru 8th grades, when I switched to home school before my freshman year. I was the only student in the program until 5th grade. My teacher was really cool, and we'd take field trips to museums or historical sites, even an archaeological dig site discovered during some work on I-49. He later became the principal of the school.
Unless he was "the guy in the suit," there were no strange visitors, no pink drink. I have a scar on my forehead, but every kid in my neighborhood remembers how I got it. Unless the government implanted the same memory in every kid in my neighborhood. I have freckles all over.
G&T was the only part of going to school that I enjoyed. One class period a day. The rest of La public education didn't do anything for me. I got my HS diploma in the mail a week after turning 16.
I'm about to be working with a panel to help write the next National Electrical Code. I guess it's worked out for me.

Had a friend that went left on Wednesdays to go to the Gifted program back in the 1980's(87-88 if I remember correctly). Smartest kid in school, not athletic AT ALL but could play the electric guitar like a madman. I would ask him about the program and he wouldn't really talk about it. He would just say "Oh, it's boring... you wouldn't be interested".

It all depends on how you define the "conspiracy theory"
One of those names on the list has no proof of existing. None of the documentation nor administrators has ever shown nor used the name The activities existed to some extent though.
Count it as real though even though the program didn't exist.

A lot had to do with the teacher. All the testing could be boring if it was days in a row, but we did some pretty fun stuff and even some shady stuff. Sometimes, he'd just ask "What do yall wanna do this week?" Best idea in the class won. One kid said he wanted to study explosions. The next day, he brought a bunch of fireworks to the school and we blew stuff up behind the baseball field.
After my first teacher became principal, the next one wasn't nearly as good. She was way more strict, and preferred we work on computer programs instead of the hands-on, interactive stuff that was far more engaging.
