You can feed a family of 4 twice with 20 bucks at Little Caesars. If you can stand it, it's not the best

I recently bought a pork butt for 10 bucks. Gonna smoke it with, and make some pork and beans and potato salad. That's gonna bring me in to right around 20 dollars and will feed 6. Bump it up to 25 and I can feed 8

To stretch that dollar more, buy bone in skin on chicken thighs for half the price of the boneless. Bake the skin in the oven for chicken cracklin.

One pound ground meat, taco shells or tortillas, seasoning, cheese. Getting close to $20, so I’ll have to choose between either pico de gallo or shredded lettuce. Tacos for 4
I wouldn’t feed that to my dog.

Is your dog a vegetarian?

$0.99/lb pork butt at 8lbs is $8. BBQ sauce -$4. Cole slaw - easy homemade recipe, ingredients all on hand minus cabbage so $3. Still got $5 left for a cheap 12 pack.
Also, you are going to eat that for about 4-5 meals and can make some delicious stuff besides just pulled pork like pizza, nachos, stir-fries, rice bowls, sandwiches, quesadillas, tacos, etc. etc.
You could probably make every listed above and feed your family on just that one pork butt alone.

10# bag of leg quarters $5
5# bag of potatoes $4
2# asparagus $5
parmesan cheese $1 worth
Olive oil maybe 50 cents worth
BBQ sauce $2
BBQ the leg quarters on the grill, grilled potato wedges and grilled asparagus with olive oil and parmesan.
Lots of leftovers.
