He absolutely should not be allowed to have custody of his children anymore. If he's willing to do something like this over something so trivial, there's no telling what he could do with more serious matters.

I'm all for giving TEMPORARY help to someone who falls on hard times and is looking to get back up on their feet. What I don't support is generation after generation who go their whole life suckling from the government teet and doing nothing other than using up oxygen and pumping out more like them.

And the only people who wouldn't disagree with you are the lifelong welfare people. The poster I replied too didn't only reference them. He stated it should come standard with all government assistance.
