Ran into a girl from high school (OT 8.2) who was engaged. I saw her again less than a year later and they were already divorced. They dated 2 years, great families, etc. then caught him texting his side piece on the honeymoon. Filed as soon as she returned home.

Less than a year. Guy turned out to be a pedophile. Sad

One of my cousins married this gal that wouldn't do the deed without being married. He nailed her so much on the honeymoon that she left him when they got back and got the marriage annulled====I shite you not.

Danced at her wedding.
3 months later she shows up at my house one night because they had a fight.
Yeah that one wasn’t gonna last.

Coworker of mine was married and divorced in less than 6 months. She found out when he went on the road to Texas he had numerous women in different cities. Was a fun day at work when she uncovered his secret life.

Correct, I bear no ill will towards that slut. All my comments have been just the facts.

Back in the late 70’s my dad had to sell his boat to help pay for my sisters wedding. She stayed married for two weeks and left with some side dude. My dad talked about that for years, he was so pissed at the time

One of my neighbors, a classmate, and she moved out randomly. Crazy thing the dude had a girlfriend before the petition was published in the local paper. They had no kids and the guy gave her 20k to keep all the stuff in the house. The guy is still with new girl, whom I found out was previously married in 2018, getting a divorce. He is an EMT and she works at the hospital, weird - not!

When you say "legit" if you mean legit looking on the surface, like two mid 30's successful people that appear to be wholesome christian people, and real good looking, then 6 months. They married 3 months after they met. I got to know both well and even slept with the wife. Before that he was recruiting black teenage girls on facebook as future girlfriends.
Another one of my old girlfriends from 20 years ago I still talk to on Facebook. She's been married 4 times and she's 40. She's hot as hell too. She's with a guy now she don't wanna marry but don't wanna leave. The only thing she don't like about this guy is he can't carry on an intelligent conversation. Her theory is "marriage" is what kills a good relationship. I may end up getting back with her

I attended a wedding and reception between two fairly well-known conservative activists in Texas. 18 people in the wedding party. 300 guests, including Ted and Heidi Cruz. I think Greg Abbott was there too before he became governor.
Bride's parents were loaded. They rented out a dance hall, had live music, and food for everyone. And the two seemed very happy and perfect for each other considering the work they both did.
That marriage lasted 3 months.

Race driver and Brumos Porsche owner Peter Gregg killed himself ten days after he married his second wife.
You think she needed a little therapy after that?

I find couples that get married and still hang out in bar rooms as their source of entertainment have a 100% chance of failure.
