It's not a hate crime ... it's a love crime.

He loved killing white people.

It is a textbook hate crime. Hurting someone because of their race is a hate crime.

Holding blacks to the same standards as everyone else is racist.

Libs in government, media and society overall have carved out this bullshite racism excuse for evil, so of course some people are going to hide behind it.

so let's get this straight - he had bad experiences with white people , thus his hatred was justified ?

Hmmmmmm---so by similar logic , any white hatred of blacks is due to????

Just being inherently racist , no doubt.

And the beat goes on...

Muhammad’s cousin, Sharisse Kemp – who has been appointed family spokesperson - said he was called the N-word from a young age and felt, as a black man, he was discriminated against his entire life

And who was calling him the N-word? I can guarantee it wasn't white folks.

The only thing that doesn't make this a hate crime is the ridiculous double standard regarding the application of hate crime laws, which is why they should be done away with altogether.

Random black guy calls me a honkey/cracker to my face and I kill him for it, I'm being charged with a hate crime. You can bet your house on it. Any law that isn't applied equally to all Americans is a violation of Constitutional rights, but it's done every day.

Sounds like something you'd take up with the Black community to me.

It's absolutely a hate crime. While he may have had bad experiences, it's not an excuse, justification, or rationalization to kill. With that being said it's certainly may give us some indication of what was going on inside of his head. I wish he had been caught and placed in a cell block with neo-Nazis.

He killed people of another race because he HATED them (allegedly) based on past experience.

Pretty much the textbook definition, no?

He should be fried forthwith because he killed four people, not why he killed four people.

Wait. A black person refusing to take personal responsibility for his choices and using personal grievances to violently victimize random strangers? And the family doubling down by mindlessly repeating the Race Grievance Industry mantra ? I don't believe it.

He's in California. There's a good chance of that happening.

I don't think she's wrong on that, though there's enough evidence we can kind of jump to conclusions.
