I love how this place constantly (mis)uses the term third world to describe other countries and why they wouldn’t go there, but this is at least a daily occurrence all over the US, there does seem to be a common denominator but not getting timeout tonight for saying it
And the term “third world” has fallen out of favor in the PC clown existence that we presently find ourselves living in. Your point is arguable that Anywhere in Haiti =/= Anywhere in the US but the disparity between the Carmel-by-the-Seas and the Bogalusas in the US has widened over the past several decades. For our general purposes here, using the term third world to describe Bogalusa is close enough for horse shoes.

We have had an embedded third world culture here for decades and now our government keeps importing more every day. Just a little research would tell you to stay out of Jackson.

The things happening here are much bigger than Pookie carjacking them.
You have to ask the question "Why did they move to Jackson". It's probably because they can't afford to live around white folks. They are looking for a deal on rent because the people that look like them are not paying them enough and/or jacking their rent up to insane levels. So they look for deals in black neighborhoods, and Pookie who has been exposed to poverty for a prolonged amount of time is looking to survive so he sees an easy "lick". Expect this to happen more as this economy gets worse.
