Life was better when we all had AOL and a Motorola Razr.

The thread on the poliboard that was seriously started by a user claiming it landed in Cuba based on a Twitter thread, that also had several TD members believing the conspiracy, has been deleted

These are the same people who have quickly latched on to every single Maui fire conspiracy that has been floated despite every single one of them being quickly shot down.

I’m fine. Thanks for the kind words. You’re still an arse.

There is a reason we are beefing up our cyber warfare ranks. Next war will be fought electronically as well. Wouldn’t surprise me if its systems were compromised by some sort of hack. If that is truly the case our war readiness is seriously compromised

As I can tell you’re an asshat by your posting. Shall we keep going?

And maybe not. What if a fire broke out in the cockpit? There are dozens of mishaps that would justify a high altitude ejection.

I’ve been following this premature ejection closely, and with the latest news unfolding in the past hour - solidifying it wasn’t intercepted by the Chinese or the Aliens for reverse engineering - I’ve decided to speak up.

I’ve come to a hypothesis.

I believe the reason the Marine Fighter Attack Training Squadron F-35 mishap occurred is because of a bug in a new AI system being integrated into the flight controls. The rate at which this (lack of) intelligence is infiltrating every aspect of our lives is a threat to our existence.

I can’t be the only one who sees the writing on the walls…

Where they found the debris is about 10-15 minutes where I grew up. Crazy stuff

War readiness? Who is going to fight us? Put the joint down. Russia or china? China? lol, gtfo.

The reason you don’t have tracking on everything is because of cyber attacks, if we can track it someone else could hack us to track it. There’s a reason why some military systems are antiquated like the nuclear launch systems, because they aren’t really hackable as they are too human intensive and non internet based.

If the autopilot was functioning and the aircraft maintaining level flight. There was no reason to bail.

You are clearly not a pilot. There are plenty of reasons to bail. What if you are on fire?

Just spoke with a buddy who works on those types of aircraft. He didn't have any inside info, but he is betting he was new to the plane, possibly fainted, or just got scared and ejected. Says he has seen it happen a few times. His days of flying are over he says for sure

Does anyone know if the pilot walked into a diner and asked, "Where am I?"

Yeah, it’s a long way from Kenwood Dr in North Charleston to Williamsburg County.

It’s North Charleston someone probably stole some shot off of it, not a box of crayons can be found in Charleston County

I would assume all of that would have been communicated to tower.

How the hell did it take this long to find a a jet that plowed into the ground at 400 mph?

We had safety stand downs regularly when I flew in the Corps. Not everything is dramatic like a blockbuster thriller.
