There are currently for than 32 million Americans receiving unemployment. The average without the $600 is less than $400 a week. What should we be expecting here with this happening? Just basing off of average numbers, a married couple both unemployed has been receiving $7,824 a month in benefits. The same couple will now receive $3024 a month.

Everything will miraculously open up real fast if they dont renew any of the federal unemployment.

Because this nonsense was never about saving lives or whatever bullshite they spew. It was about election.

That and its mostly a hoax.

It will get those who have turned down legitimate job opportunities back to work.

There will be a run on bologna and weiners. We should start to see more coin in circulation. Ramen seasoning (Tony's) should see an increase in revenue as well as the noodle companies.

Time to go back to work. Let's hope President Trump gets to give us working individuals a payroll tax break! Nancy and her team of dems do not want to give the President this victory.

I feel for people who aren't working.

But, total(state plus fed) shouldn't exceed maybe 70-80% of pre shutdown income.

It needs to. The economy will crash if nobody wants to work. It’s also not fair to those who are working if some get more money to sit and watch Netflix

They must not be from Louisiana! Regular unemployment here is $247 a week I think?

I am interested to see how quickly this goes away when people are forced to work again.
