Ask her in for drinks and doggy style. Make a joke and say, “what ... you don’t like drinks?”
If it goes really bad, play it off by bringing out a set of doggy clothes that you bought for the dogs ... she will probably laugh and feel embarrassed while you can then play it off like you want the dogs to be in style while playing together.

I wouldn’t do the dog clothes for several reasons.
Next time she comes over with the dogs just have her favorite drink ready or bowl, whichever she prefers. Now you can drop a joke about doggystyle after she’s consumed a beverage.
