What about the bombers for the warning and the count down?

A dash cam would not show the rear view mirror or someone’s arm. Unless it was mounted in the headrest of something. Not a dashcam.

A countdown plus it being on Christmas means this was to send a message to somebody without involving other people.

A real old school 70s style bombing

I can detect font sarcasm lol. I really didn't know the warning was coming from the RV until they said it.

The IRA used this MO sometimes.

ETA the Weathermen blew up a building after hours on the Wisconsin campus. Unfortunately killed a grad student who was working late.

Either crazy, or to send a message, or to take out first responders. If it was the latter, the one(s) responsible did not know how it works. They just don't respond to the RV and stick their faces up the exhaust pipe. You do exactly what they did. Take it seriously. Evacuate area. Bomb squad responds, but tactically.

Police would have sent emergency text alerts and on tv and radio, not just a loudspeaker near the scene imo.

Did y’all hear the message the RV was announcing before it went off? Weird.

They're confirming it's related to the bombing. Sucks for their workers that got called in a Christmas morning to try and clean up this mess on their network.

Yeah. Mobile service has been in and out for about a half hour. Seems odd that it would be this far out, about an hour and half. I guess it may have to do with what they are doing with towers.

Apparently a lot of 911 lines are being disrupted which is very bad.
